ACADEMIC & CULTURAL SHARING SCHOLARSHIP
SCSU values the cultural and educational contributions that international students have on our campus. Knowing that value and to help increase that contribution, we offer the Academic and Cultural Sharing Scholarship (ACSS)! This scholarship is awarded to all incoming undergraduate students once they are enrolled at SCSU. ACSS gives students a 40% tuition reduction that brings the amount of tuition similar to what domestic students pay at SCSU.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Finding a place to live is easy with our on-campus housing options. At St. Cloud State, students have six different residence halls to choose from, along with the Stateview Apartments, which are completely furnished and ready for move-in. By choosing to live on campus, you will be able to jump out of bed and get to class in minutes. You will also have easy access to the library, recreation facilities, sporting events, and clubs and organizations—and, you will be surrounded by the energy and enthusiasm of your fellow students on our friendly campus.
CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Thanks to our 250 student clubs and organizations, there is always something exciting to do at St. Cloud State. Hit the river with the SCSU Crew or catch some air with the Skydiving Club. Engage with our cultural organizations that host cultural nights almost every weekend to experience our vibrant and diverse student population. St. Cloud State is ranked number two in the state of Minnesota for international students, with over 1300 students from over 90 different countries, and number two in Minnesota for sending students abroad.
ATHLETICS
St. Cloud State has intercollegiate, intramural, and wellness offerings for students, too. Huskies Athletics is home to NCAA Division I and II teams, including our renowned and nationally ranked Men’s Ice Hockey team. What’s more, at St. Cloud State, students have the opportunity to attend sports games for free!
